COMMENTS: Department of Trade and Industry Administrative Order No. 25-10 Regulating the Importation of Non-Philippine Standard (Non-PS) Certified Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products, Their Devices, and Novel Tobacco Products prohibits the importation of products not meeting Philippine standards with the exception of de minimus personal imports.
