COMMENTS: Department of Health Memorandum No. 2010-0126, Protection of the Department of Health, including all of its Agencies, Regional Offices, Bureaus or Specialized/Attached Offices/Units, against Tobacco Industry Interference, is aimed at protecting the department and all attached agencies against tobacco industry interference.
