COMMENTS: The Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Display and Specialist Tobacconists) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 make several amendments to the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Display) (England) Regulations 2010 and the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Specialist Tobacconists) (England) Regulations 2010.
