Tobacco Products Display Regulation of 2013

COMMENTS: Tobacco Products Display Regulation, Regulation Number 73 of 2013, implements Art. 63.B.2 of the Public Health Law, which states that tobacco products may only be displayed in accordance with regulations. The regulations allow the display of tobacco products only in display units, with no writing, logos, trademarks or other advertising on the unit. A price list with product name and price is allowed. The regulations require the Minister to issue instructions to implement the regulations, including the maximum number of display units allowed and requirements for such units.
