The Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Display of Prices) (Wales) Regulations 2012
COMMENTS: The Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Display of Prices) (Wales) Regulations 2012 set out the requirements for tobacco price lists. The regulations entered into force in December 2012 for large retailers and in April 2015 for small retailers and other shops.
