COMMENTS: Directive MS-DM-JG-4876-2023 was issued by the Ministry of Health in December 2023 and establishes the contents of the ninth round of pictorial health warnings. While the warnings were originally required to appear on packaging from January 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025, the period was extended to December 31, 2026 by Directive MS-DM-JG-2714-2025.
