COMMENTS: The Decree of January 13, 2025 amending the Tobacco and Smoking Products Decree in connection with the introduction of standard packaging for cigars and electronic vaping products introduces standardized packaging requirements for e-cigarettes and cigars. This decree becomes effective on July 1, 2025. Implementing regulations are pending adoption.
