Decree No. 534/009 Banning E-Cigarettes
COMMENTS: Decree No. 534/009 bans the marketing, import, advertising, and registration of a trademark or patent for e-cigarettes. It was amended by Decree No. 299/2017 (repealed) and Decree No. 125/025.
