COMMENTS: Decree No. 5 of February 8, 2021 establishes four new pairs of pictorial health warnings to replace those previously required by Decree No. 65 of June 6, 2018. These warnings are to appear on an equal number of packages over a 24-month period, beginning May 5, 2022. This decree will subsequently be replaced by Decree No. 41 of September 10, 2024.
