Decree No. 41 of September 10, 2024, Establishing Health Warnings for Packaging of Tobacco Products, Heated Tobacco Products, and their Accessories, including Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), Electronic Non-Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENNDS), Vaping Liquids with and without Nicotine and their Accessories
COMMENTS: Decree No. 41 of September 10, 2024 establishes the health warnings required by Law No. 19.419 as amended by Law No. 21.612. Decree No. 41 establishes graphic health warnings for tobacco products, heated tobacco and its accessories and text health warnings for ENDS, ENNDS, vaping liquids with and without nicotine, and their accessories. Decree No. 41 of September 10, 2024 becomes effective on May 20, 2025 and the warnings in the Decree will replace those previously required by Decree No. 5 of February 8, 2021.
