COMMENTS: Decree No. 282/022 amends Decree No. 120/019 with regard to plain packaging to allow tobacco companies to print distinctive elements on cigarette sticks and include inserts in tobacco packs. Article 1, which contained these provisions, was later repealed by Decree No. 124/025 and the text of the articles of Decree No. 120/019 restored.
