Committee on Safety of Products and Services Decree No. 24/2024 on Ban on Manufacturing for Sale, Sale and Services of Baraku, E-Baraku, E-Cigarettes, Chemical Compounds for Baraku, E-Liquids for E-Baraku and E-Cigarettes
COMMENTS: Committee on Safety of Products and Services Decree No. 24/2024 replaced Consumer Protection Board Order No. 9/2015. It prohibits the manufacture and sale of hookahs, electronic hookahs, and e-cigarettes, as well as substances for these products (including e-cigarette liquids and tobacco inserts).
To the best of our knowledge, all laws provided here are in effect as of April 29, 2026 unless otherwise noted.
