COMMENTS: Decree No. 2022-75 of January 26, 2022 Implementing Health Warnings, Packaging, Labeling and Marketing of Tobacco and Tobacco Products regulates the size, location, and rotation of health warnings and other aspect of packaging and labeling, and requires plain packaging. This Decree also governs approval of point of sale locations, point of sale advertising and product display, and other sales restrictions.
