Decree No. 2021-0065 on Visual and Written Health Warnings to Be Printed on Cigarette Packages and Other Tobacco Products
COMMENTS: Decree No. 2021-0065 requires pictorial health warnings to cover 90% of the front and back of tobacco product packaging. The decree includes four warnings to appear on packaging for a period of two years. Manufacturers and importers were given nine months after the date of signature to comply with the provisions - March 11, 2022.
