Decree No. 2018-216 of June 5, 2018 Concerning the Prohibition of Smoking in Places Used by the Public
COMMENTS: Decree No. 2018-216 clarifies the scope of the comprehensive ban on smoking in indoor public places, workplaces, and on public transport. In addition, the decree contains definitions for a number of key terms and specifies duties placed on the persons in charge of smoke free premises.
