Decree No. 2009-702 Concerning Organization of Control of the Production, Importation, Commercialization and Consumption of Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products
COMMENTS: Decree No. 2009-702 was issued under Law No. 2006-12 and regulated tobacco product packaging and labeling and identifies several agencies responsible for enforcement. The requirements were superseded by those contained in Law No. 2017-27.
