COMMENTS: Decree No. 120/019 contains additional details on the plain packaging of tobacco products. It also repealed Decree No. 235/018 and Ministry of Public Health Ordinance No. 696. It was subsequently amended by Decree No. 282/022 and Decree No. 124/025.
