Decree No. 1090 on the Packing, Packaging, Printing of Health Warnings and Labels for Industrial Tobacco Products
COMMENTS: Decree No. 1090 on the Packing, Packaging, Printing of Health Warnings and Labels for Industrial Tobacco Products establishes the requirements for the packaging and labeling of tobacco products, including health warnings and plain packaging. Decree No. 1090 replaces Part III (Printing of Health Warnings and Labels for Tobacco Products) of Agreement No. 1067/MPH Governing Implementation of the Tobacco Control Act.
