COMMENTS: Decision No. 8 amends Decision No. 7. It clarifies the number and placement of the general and information messages on the side panel of certain tobacco products, requires rotation of combined (picture / text) warnings, provides for the size and placement of health warnings on cigars and cigarillos, and repeals four of the 15 of the combined picture / text warnings established in Decision No. 7.
