COMMENTS: Ministry of Health Decision No. 02/2007/QD-BYT contains previous requirements on tobacco product packaging and labeling, among other things. The provisions on packaging and labeling, however, have been replaced by those in Joint Circular No. 05/2013/TTLT-BYT-BCT.
