COMMENTS: The Internal Regulations of Correctional Institutions, adopted by Ministry of Justice Order No. 205 of November 3, 2005, address smoking in correctional facilities, limiting smoking to designated areas only.
These regulations took effect 10 days after its official publishing in “Rossiyskaya Gazette.” The date of publication is unknown but it was within 10 days after the act was adopted.
