COMMENTS: The Control of Smoking Act is the primary law on tobacco control and covers many aspects of tobacco control, including but not limited to: restrictions on smoking in public places, tobacco advertising, and the sale of tobacco products. The law does not address tobacco packaging and labeling measures.
