COMMENTS: Council of Ministers Decision No. 395 of 2025 lifts the ban on importing e-cigarettes, electronic hookahs, and heated tobacco products. The Ministry of Planning and the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control is tasked with creating standard specifications and technical requirements for these products.
