COMMENTS: Issued pursuant to Section 5B(2) of the Cinematograph Act of 1952, the Guidelines require the Central Board of Film Certification to ensure that “scenes tending to encourage or glamorize consumption of tobacco or smoking” do not appear in movies. The Guidelines available here are in English only.
