COMMENTS: Ministry of Health Decision No. 2019/2000/QD-BYT Provisional Regulations on the Hygiene of Cigarettes set forth packaging and labeling requirements. The decision was abrogated by Ministry of Health Decision No. 02/2007/QD-BYT dated January 15, 2007.
