COMMENTS: Restrictions on Advertising and Marketing of Tobacco Products Smoking Order (Change of Wording of Warnings), No. 5763-2002 establishes the requirements of health warnings to appear on tobacco product packaging and labeling. The Order includes updates to the contents of the health warnings. In addition, the Order specifies requirements of health warnings required to appear on permitted forms of tobacco advertising and promotion.
