Executive Bylaw of Law No. 52 of 1981 on Prevention of the Harms of Smoking (as amended)
COMMENTS: Executive Bylaw of Law No. 52 of 1981 was issued by the Minister of Health in 2010 to implement provisions of Law No. 52 of 1981. The Bylaw builds upon the provisions contained in Law No. 52 concerning topics such as health warning labels; advertising, promotion and sponsorship; restrictions on public smoking; and enforcement authorities, among others.
The Bylaw was amended by Decree No. 447 of 2011.
