COMMENTS: The Prohibition of Advertising and Marketing of Tobacco and Smoking Products Law, 1983 governs sales, advertising, promotion and sponsorship of e-cigarettes and tobacco products, including heated tobacco products. The title of the law was changed in December 2018 from the "Restriction of Advertising and Marketing of Tobacco Products Law" to the "Prohibition of Advertising and Restriction of Marketing of Tobacco and Smoking Products Law."
