COMMENTS: Administrative Order No. 2023-0012, Fifth (5th) Set of Graphic Health Warning Templates Pursuant to Republic Act No. 10643, was issued by the Department of Health and contains the fifth set of graphic health warnings and side panel messages required to appear on tobacco product packaging. These warnings are to appear from March 4, 2024 through March 3, 2026.
