COMMENTS: Most provisions of Department of Health Administrative Order No. 2020-0055, Regulation on Vapor Products and Heated Tobacco Products (HTPs) under the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), have been repealed by subsequent instruments. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) retains authority over e-cigarette refills and cartridges bearing product claims. Regulatory authority over other matters has been transferred to the Department of Trade and Industry.
