Department of Health Administrative Order No. 2020-0055, Regulation on Vapor Products and Heated Tobacco Products (HTPs) under the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
COMMENTS: Most provisions of Department of Health Administrative Order No. 2020-0055 have been repealed by subsequent instruments. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) retains authority over e-cigarette refills and cartridges bearing product claims. Regulatory authority over other matters has been transferred to the Department of Trade and Industry.
