COMMENTS: Palestinian National Authority Council of Ministers Resolution (12/215/11) of 2011 under Regulations of Anti-Smoking Law No. (25) of 2005 implements the Anti-Smoking Law of 2005 and regulates smoking in public places; advertising, promotion and sponsorship; packaging and labeling; and sales.
