Agreement No. 1067/MPH Governing Implementation of the Tobacco Control Act
COMMENTS: Agreement No. 1067/MPH Governing Implementation of Tobacco Control Act implements the Law on Tobacco Control including regulations on packaging and labeling, no-smoking signs, designated smoking areas, and some advertising and promotion provisions.
Portions of this agreement have since been superseded by Decree No. 1090 of May 13, 2024.
