Advertising Act (as amended)
COMMENTS: The Advertising Act regulates advertising generally in Estonia. Relevant to tobacco control, the Act prohibits nearly all forms of tobacco advertising. It has been amended several times. The versions uploaded here include amendments through November 21, 2018.
