COMMENTS: The Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 amend the Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products Regulations, 2016. The Amended Regulations define and regulate heated tobacco products (HTPs).
