COMMENTS: The Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Amendment) Act 2016 includes several amendments to the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act, including regulating electronic advertising, point of sale product display, and prohibiting the import, distribution, sale, possession, use, and advertising of e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products.
