Public Health (Tobacco Control) Regulations, 2013
COMMENTS: The Public Health (Tobacco Control) Regulations, 2013 is the primary piece of legislation governing tobacco control in Jamaica. The regulations establish smoke free places and large graphic health warnings on tobacco product packaging, among other things. The regulations were amended by the Public Health (Tobacco Control) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014.
To the best of our knowledge, all laws provided here are in effect as of September 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted.
