Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Labelling) Regulations 2012

COMMENTS: The Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Labelling) Regulations 2012 govern tobacco product packaging and labeling, including establishing the requirements for pictorial health warnings on smoked tobacco product packages.

These regulations were revoked by the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Appearance, Packaging and Labelling) Regulations 2019.
