European Communities (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 655 of 2011)
COMMENTS: The European Communities (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 655 of 2011) revokes the main provisions on health warnings – Regulation 5 and Schedule I – contained in the European Communities (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco Products) Regulations 2003 (as amended). The regulations were repealed by the European Union (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products) Regulations 2016.
