COMMENTS: The Prohibition of Smoking in Enclosed Places and Protection of Non-smokers Health Ordinance, 2002 (Ordinance No. LXXIV of 2002) prohibits the use of tobacco in any place of public work or use and in public service vehicles. The Ordinance also prohibits: advertisement of tobacco products; sales to minors; and sale or distribution of cigarettes near educational institutions.
