			The law requires the following statement is required to appear on product packaging: “It is prohibited to sell and consume this product by individuals under the age of 18.” While there are several outlets reporting that e-cigarettes are regulated under Federal Law No. 15 of 2009, we have not been able to verify this. Therefore, the minimum sales age is listed as “Uncertain.”
