Land Transport Act 1998 (Public Act 1998 No. 110)

Smoke-free Environments Regulations 2007 (SR 2007/39) (as amended)

Smoke-free Environments (Tobacco Standardised Packaging) Amendment Act 2016 (Public Act 2016 No. 43)

March 14, 2018
COMMENTS: Once in effect, the Smoke-free Environments (Tobacco Standardised Packaging) Amendment Act 2016 will require tobacco products to appear in standardized (plain) packaging. It is to enter into force by March 14, 2018, or sooner should the Governor-General appoint an earlier commencement date.
